Booking an appointment

Bookings for permanent makeup are generally done on Wednesdays. Via the contact form below you can request an appointment.

 

Before requesting your appointment, please go through the FAQ section below and the cancellation policies.

Appointment request

 

Please fill in the form below, the service you would like to book for and the preferred date and time. We will get back to you within 24 hours Monday through Friday. 

Thanks for submitting! We will get back to you within 36 hours, Monday - Friday

Cancellation Policy

Recognizing that everyone's time is valuable and appointment time is limited, we ask that you provide a 24 hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment.

Cancellations with less that 24 hour notice can result in a 50% charge of the treatment value.

​

Failure to provide notice or NO CALL or NO SHOWS will result in a charge of 100% of the treatment value and will not be applied to future appointments.
